Preparation:
Pour 60g of water and mix for 40 sec. bloom. Then, whenever the coffee is almost through, pour the next 60g. Total brewing time: 3:05 – 3:15 minutes. Drinking temperature: 50-55°C.
Tip: If the coffee runs a little too long, grind a little coarser.
