Our trained baristas will prepare coffee recipes according to the highest standards of the SCAE (Specialty Coffee Association of Europe) and delight you with the most unusual coffee creations. The coffees we use are, of course, roasted in-house and are always perfectly fresh.

From the equator to Lake Tegernsee is a long way – and we know every inch of it. We don't rely on anonymous stock market prices; instead, we prioritize direct trade. That's why we work closely with our farmers and pay prices that fairly reflect their work and the exceptional quality. To understand coffee even better, we ourselves have become farmers. In Guatemala, on the renowned Finca El Gigante, we operate our own coffee research plantation. Here, we experience the soil firsthand, work with the weather, and research the best varieties. When we hold our own harvest in our hands, we know: this is quality from plant to cup – thoughtfully and consistently achieved.
At the First Tegernsee Coffee Roastery, quality and sustainability go hand in hand. Our beans come from fairly paid farms and are gently roasted in small batches on Lake Tegernsee – for full aroma, minimal emissions and genuine coffee enjoyment.
