Payment & Shipping

Shipping costs within Germany are a flat rate of EUR 5.90 per delivery, regardless of shipping weight. For alcohol, shipping costs increase by EUR 1.00 each, as the package is only delivered to the buyer upon presentation of proof of age. For orders of 75.00 EUR or more, shipping within Germany is free of charge. (all prices include statutory VAT)

Conditions for redeeming vouchers and free shipping

1. Redeeming vouchers
   Vouchers (e.g., promotional vouchers, discount vouchers, gift vouchers) can only be redeemed as part of an order in the online shop. Only one voucher can be redeemed per order, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2. Free shipping with voucher redemption
   If a voucher is redeemed for an order, free shipping only applies if the value of goods before deducting the voucher is at least €75. The value of goods is the total amount of items in the shopping cart without taking into account vouchers or discounts.
3. Abusive use
   Repeated or systematic use of vouchers in combination with orders below the free shipping threshold may be considered abusive. In such cases, we reserve the right to refuse the free shipping benefit or exclude customers from the voucher program.

ORDER DESTINATIONS & CONDITIONS

ETK ships coffee orders worldwide. In some regions we experience import regulations for coffee or other customs regulations. Please inform yourself of your local and regional shipping and customs conditions / requirements. All customs duties and taxes are your responsibility, including any documents other than the purchase invoice required by regional agencies and authorities. Make sure you include complete and correct information required by your local agencies and authorities. In case a package is stuck due to wrong or missing information, we reserve the right to refuse reshipment or reimbursement of the order.

If the order is returned to us due to missing or wrong address information or refusing delivery, we reserve the right to charge you the shipping costs of the package. In case you request reshipment of the product upon return, we reserve the right to charge you the shipping costs for reshipment.
