Brazil Fazenda IP: A Path to Coffee Excellence – Specialty Coffee for the Perfect Filter Coffee Experience

Immerse yourself in the history and exceptional taste of our specialty coffee from Fazenda IP in Brazil. This high-quality filter coffee is perfectly suited for traditional preparation and promises a full-bodied experience for coffee lovers who value premium origin.

It all began in 1967 when Isidro Pereira bought Fazenda IP. At that time, his son Luiz Paulo was still studying agriculture. Five years later, the two teamed up to manage the farm together and share their passion for high-quality coffee. In 1974, Luiz Paulo implemented a bold expansion plan that increased Fazenda IP's agricultural area by an impressive 500%. During this phase, numerous coffee seedlings were planted, laying the foundation for the future quality of the coffee.

Innovation and Quality: The Key to the Best Coffee Beans

Over time, Luiz Paulo acquired his first pulping machine and began to intensively explore new processing methods and the production of specialty coffees. To increase the quality of the coffee beans, he introduced a bonus payment policy: employees involved in the harvest received a bonus if a lot scored over 80 points in cupping. This initiative not only created incentives but also fostered a strong sense of community.

Luiz Paulo is convinced that continuous innovation in specialty coffee is essential. "Today, no one can sustainably operate a coffee farm if the coffees score less than 80 points in cupping," he says. This commitment to quality and training has earned Fazenda IP an outstanding reputation in the world of coffee. This focus on excellence makes every cup of Brazil Fazenda IP a special coffee moment.

Sustainability and an Unrivaled Flavor Profile

Of the more than 700 hectares that make up Fazenda IP, 80 hectares are designated as rainforest and nature reserve, from which 12 springs originate. This commitment to sustainability goes hand in hand with coffee quality.

The coffee beans from this region, ideally roasted for filter coffee, are characterized by their unique flavor diversity and high cupping scores. They reflect the dedication and craftsmanship that have gone into every cup. Fazenda IP coffee is not just a product; it is the result of a passionate tradition and a deep connection to coffee cultivation. Enjoy the aromatic and palatable coffee, ideal for your daily enjoyment.
